Refund Policy for Vishwagurusamwad Seminar Registrations
1. Cancellation by Participant
If you wish to cancel your seminar registration, please notify us as early as possible:
• Cancellation 30 or more days before the event: Full refund of the registration fee, minus any processing charges.
• Cancellation 15–29 days before the event: 50%% refund of the registration fee.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before the event: No refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation by Organisers
In the unlikely event that the seminar is cancelled by the organisers, all registered participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 15–20 working days and credited to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
• No-shows (failure to attend without prior cancellation).
• Requests made after the seminar has concluded.
• Convenience charges or payment gateway fees, if applicable.
